The rates are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights. A surcharge of 15 % applies for stays of less than 3 days.

- Cancellation:
In case of cancellation the following fees apply: 4 weeks prior to arrival 20%; 2 weeks prior to arrival 40%; one week prior to arrival 80%.

- Check In / Check Out:
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready at approx. 2 p.m. Please inform us by phone in case of late arrival (after 6 p.m.). We request that the rooms be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Dogs:
For dogs we charge € 10.00 per day without dog food.
- Austrian Hotel Regulations:
The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (AGBH) in their current version apply. Place of jurisdiction is Imst.
- Deposit:
Your booking is considered firm after receipt of a deposit of € 200.00 per room within 7 days of the date of booking.
